Requirements:
- Two(2) copies of recent passport photograph
- Application Letter
- Application Form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Birth Certificate/ Sworn Affidavit of Age/or Age Declaration/ National Population Commission Certificate
- First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
- WASC, GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB
- Degree Certificate
- Current practicing licence/ Evidence of Provisional licence/ oath
- Registration with Council
- Three Referees’ Letters:- (a)Traditional Ruler (b)Clergy (C)Civil Servant
- Local Government of Origin
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Head of Administrative Services. Completed application forms with detailed curriculum vitae and photocopies of relevant certificates should be submitted to the same office not later than 8th December 2017.
Shortlisted Candidates are required to come with the original copies of their credentials for written and oral interviews to hold between Monday 8th and Friday 12th January, 2018.
